As soon as we receive your order, our teams will prepare your order in our warehouses as soon as possible in order to transmit it to the carrier.

time is 24/48 hours AFTER receipt of the shipment confirmation email

EUROPEAN UNION AND OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION
For the European Union (including Switzerland), the delivery time is 2
to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and 6 to 12
working days for the rest of the world (excluding weekends and public
holidays). This time is indicative and may vary depending on certain
periods of the year.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a
tracking link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your order.

If your parcel cannot be delivered because you are not present, the

Just after the validation of your order you will receive by e-mail a summary

The articles must be in their original condition without having been
worn or washed in their original packaging. If not, the return will not
be accepted.Once received, your parcel will be examined (condition, smell,
container). Please note that if your returned items are not in their

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
You have 14 days after validation of your return to send the parcel.
The e-mail of confirmation from the SAV will be considered as validation of the return.
After this period, we will be obliged to refuse your return.
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will proceed to its refund
